Service with a Smile

I blessed on Wednesday to work at the storehouse. My daughter and I went together because we work well as a team. Yeah teamwork!

Robin was there and her smile and hugs and the way she listens when you answer her questions certainly put extra smiles into my day. I'm so glad she decided to go. As if nothing else did, she made my day simply super.

I discovered some reorganization has happened. There are two managers, two assistant managers, and a clerk assistant. Plus the two cannery managers were there as well. And the fun part is that they are all super people. Everybody who helped got kudos because we finished the work in short order. Many hands make light work and all...

Lunch was a welcome reward. Sloppy joes made with beef and chili with beans that was tasty topped with cheese. The fruit bowl was stuffed with all the available fruit and yummy.

Sometimes serving seems so surprisingly simple ... and well ... a refreshing way to spend an otherwise cold, cold day.
